SHIPPING POLICY - Ellasklosette

We offer both ready-available products and pre-order products.

• Ready-Available Products: These items are currently available in our shop and can be purchased immediately, subject to availability.
• Pre-Order Products: When we travel to China to source products, customers can place pre-orders for selected items. Your payment confirms your pre-order, and the order will be shipped to Ghana once sourcing and shipping arrangements are completed.

Estimated Delivery Timelines (Ghana):
- Accra deliveries: 1-2 working days after goods arrive in our store.
- Outside Accra (Kumasi, Takoradi etc): 1-3 working days after goods arrive in our store via courier (FedEx/DHL/Ghana Post)

 How Long Before Goods Arrive In Store:

• Air Cargo Pre-Orders: 16 days from the date we announce that your order has been shipped from China to Ghana.
• Sea Cargo Pre-Orders: 45 days from the date we announce that your order has been shipped from China to Ghana.

You will receive a WhatsApp update when your order lands in Ghana and again when out for delivery
